My job would fail *rant*

Ok, most people pull the whole "if I left, this place would fall to shit" to seem important, when the usual rebuttle is "we would just find another person", in my case, they would have to find 3 minimum and train all 3. I'm not going to bitch about "I should be making X amount of dollars because I do everyone's job" but I am tired of being shafted on being payed properly, period.
The problem floats out if the fact that the sallary full timers don't want to wait until I'm done doing my 3 different jobs before clocking me out, so they can leave. Which leaves me having to bark that my time is wrong, and haunting them until they fix it so I can be payed correctly, since majority of the time it's overtime, and they try to just pay it as regular time.
I end up fighting weeks with them to get it squared away, and it pisses me off that they do this shit just because I'm an hourly employee, and I am not allowed to directly clock myself out. I'm given a time card, but if the daily batch has been processed, it means they clocked me out.
To top this off, trying to transfer to a better location, THAT WANTS ME, is proving to be highly improbable, since, as I said, I hold 3 tech position and they would have to train people for those spots. I want my transfer to the airport damnit! I want an easier commute to work so that I'm not stuck in retard traffic every day. I want a better working environment with head staff who wants my opinions and help on matters(they do, the head supervisor at the airport is really open to opinions from staff) and whilei would be theoretically making less hours, I would be saving money on fuel apron gas mileage and distance of travel.
To top things off, I'm pissed because I injured my tailbone over the weekend falling down slippery stairs, and it's painful to do most anything at work. But can I take the week off so I can heal up? Yes... No. Yes, I could go to the doctor and get pain meds and x-ray and notice for work saying I can't work, but we have no other auditors this week, so no hazardous material can be processed. Luckily the one guy on leave on the air dock is back, after traumatic family issues, so it takes less work off of me but doesn't help the rest of the problem.
I'm just tired, on top of all family is giving me the whole "go to college again" bs, thinking it will help. It won't. People need to understand that the vast majority of work in the USA is still blue collar related, and jobs that were demanding degrees are figuring out that the degrees don't help. Sure, tech schools would be best option then, but I already have a high experience in my field, I just need to find the right hole in higher management that they need to fill, that I can fill. HR is no help, he'll I think it's just someone saying they are hr and have no clue what they do.
I do feel proud though, that if I work full time hours at my part time job level, I bring home close to what my mother brought home from her full time job. So I feel accomplished somewhat.

So there is no way other than fighting every paycheck to make sure they pay you correctly?

Seriously, hope you're feeling better soon and hope the whole job thing improves. It's horrible when you're stuck in a job you do't enjoy. :(
as for the bruised tailbone and the pains of it. im able to sit without wincing a lot now.
For an entirely different reason.
(What? Oh, not Tuesday. Sorry)
