A change of pace, maybe?

Ever since talking to 
uro and Drakomis for a bit, I've decided to do something a little different.
I'm going to focus myself towards a change of diet and activity to try and lose some weight (again) and build up more muscle than I've had in...well...ever.
I never was a very physical person, so I hope that I can change that.
It might also help with a seasonal auto-immune problem that I get at least twice every year, usually when winter starts and when winter's coming to its end. You might call it a cold. I call it a state of shock that my body goes through to adjust to the eventual change in pollen levels. But whatever it is, it's not fun, cause it messes with me for weeks. It won't get in the way of my exercising or doing other things, though.
My time at work's probably gonna suck. I'll be coughing for anywhere between two weeks to a month to get rid of the congestion...
On a side note, I plan on making this place a reserve galley
for any Flash animations that I make that don't pass Judgement on Newgrounds.
Of course, I'll also be posting other stuff, too.
