Comic announcement and Big Hero 6

Hey guys, so a quick note, the comic will be going on Hiatus from Dec 1st to Feb 1st. On the tapastic site there will be lil short interludes and what not but no new pages. Why am I doing this? Well for a couple reasons, I desperately need a back log on this comic. I have been exceedingly frustrated that while I can push a comic page out in a week I don't have time to make last minute corrections, or notice spelling errors (ick). This has lead to more then one page in recent weeks that has made me cringe inwardly because I KNOW I can draw better then that and I don't feel I have the time to display the quality I KNOW I am capable of. While I know this probably doesn't matter to most of you who like the comic it's still a situation I'd like to correct. It also means that weeks I get sick there is no comic, which just sucks. So yeah, hiatus to build a back log. We also have several new characters showing up soon and I need to take the time finalize their designs.
SO with that out of the way I saw Big Hero 6 the other day and LOVED it. While the red herring was a little too obvious the situations with Baymax calmly and in a friendly tone speaking while panic ensued around him was just hilarious. My friends and I were in stitches for over half the movie from that alone. The animation is also extremely fluid and beautiful and the design of San Fransokyo feels like a real futuristic city. Alot of companies have a bad habit of making futuristic cities extremely clean and crisp, but a city, futuristic or not, is still a city. It's full of people, animals, garbage, run down areas and areas of high industry. It's not going to be squeaky clean. :)
So yeah, very impressed :D
