For a while I've had this guy in the back of my mind. Synchrono is sort of a conglomerate of ideas. I always liked Clock King from Batman. Plus Owls have a regal look anyway. He is a WIP and will most likely see some other changes. Villains are fun to work with so we'll see where he goes.
