"Why do you ride a bike?"
I ride a bike Because:
After a hundred miles or so
from the time the sun rises to the time the sun sets:
I Find myself in being Lost.
A chance to SEE Nature
A chance to prove the power of my own body
is all the power I'll ever need
setting camp in some forgotten
corner of the forest blesses me
To forget the corruption
Greed has spilled upon the world.
To witness unspoken truth
still alive
In the darkest heart of wilderness.
I'll take off my helmet
gaze into the stars
and suddenly
feel like an astronaut all over again.
