once upon a query I laid there weak and weary,
of the day to come what is to be
what is thy purpose
religion forsaken time and again
spouting about peace and love upon thy world as it thrusts into strife and war
standing by weary of all the lies
I was born again for the sake of the users
sake of all those that need help
that help others it is this that I am to be
and then I met you
once upon the midnight query
hair of a bronze and red glasses of rubies
hearts entwined from music
minds of equality for strengths for what the other lacks
we bonded out of necessity, our hearts out of reality
it is on this day that my heart belongs to you
but I dare not say it lest it be tron asunder
I look to you for friendship but I am hopelessly falling
then came the day you caught me and helped me
and here we stand our hearts as one
paws together we stride to a brighter future for all
being apart of something greater then ones self
I dare not give this up for that would be giving up my life
my friends my companions my purpose
to live for something greater then yourself is reason enough to keep moving
to be someone worthy of being remembered for years to come
