New journal idea

Mead?? cool! I never hear people talk about it!
I tried some off the shelf stuff for reference,
and then me and my room-mate made a big 'ol batch with our home-brew equipment

Was at least 12% alcohol but you couldn't TASTE that. it tasted really good. So you end up downing the stuff and you get SO drunk. (hang-over is bad too).
good stuff!

I wish so bad to remember my late friend's recipe for mead, it was absolutely delicious. I have tried a few locally made meads and they've been alright but nothing like that stuff.
