Looking for a Shiny Female Riolu/Lucario for Pokemon Y

yea...only reason why I'm bringing this up is because I can't use the breeding method and I have no fighting safari's let alone one with riolu for me to get a shiny...
Eversince Lucario was introduced I always had a Shiny Female Lucario in my party by the name Morrigan. if anyone can help me get a shiny female riolu/lucario to trade with me I will be very thankful. it may also help if your safari has a riolu or a lucario in it and you can give me your FC.

Plus the time it takes...I heard if you work really hard on it you get a shiny in about...2 weeks...but it takes a while to get a Female normal riolu anyways because of the gender percentage...being 10% for a female.
so basically I'm asking if anyone has a way to get a quick female shiny riolu for Y I would really appreciate getting one.
or a Safari FC with a riolu in it due to those having shiny's too
