Know anyone who does graphic commissions?

I'm currently working on a tournament site for an online game I play, and I need some graphic awards for winners of these tournaments. Essentially graphic trophies, something like these examples:

So basically, some trophy graphics with an image in the middle. Require at least a handful of them starting out and may require more later.
Willing to hear out prices for these and look at examples :3
