if ya broke and don't have money look for artists whom you like that draw, and see if they do contests and sign up for one of them...i know many artists on my watch list give free commission sketches during contests they hold in their journals...i'm currently getting three pictures for free from artists due to me winning them.

and your not useless, just be a watcher like i was and submit photos of cute things or write small doodles and stuff...any art is good art.

Agreed, Im only able to commission people cause i finally have a decent job. Just enjoy the art, its why i came here at first myself. i had no intentions of getting as active as i am now, But after meeting a few people and making friends well it kinda happened. I wouldnt worry about it myself, just enjoy the art and meet cool people and eventually you will be able to commission someone or maybe someone will suprise you with a gift art picture.

So long as you watch and fav things your not useless, atleast in my eyes.
