Well, maybe you should try something you haven't done before. Usually experimenting with a new technique or medium helps knock loose your creativity. I'm NOT an artist, I'm a writer, but I have heard this from folks who ARE artists. So, since you generally seem to follow the normal pencil-ink-color route, perhaps try changin that up? For example, skip the pencil and go straight to ink, even with something big and clunky like a sharpie. Yes, it's a very unforgiving medium, but sometimes taking risks in that way can be fun and liberating. One of the poets my dad worked with (Michael McClure) used to say that when he had a terrible migraine, he would write verse in dactylic hexameter, because the concentration necessary left little room in his head for the pain.

Another idea would be to change your subject matter instead of your techniques. For example, have you ever tried to do a feral/quad version of your cow characters (if you have, I'm bad and have a terible memory)? That might also be fun, and different enough to get your mojo back in the groove. I can't remember the name ATM, but there was a silly movie with a (fake) cow in boots infiltrating a German facility. That always cracked me up, cows in uniform!
