Platinum Trophy #3 - Dark Souls

Dark Souls is a game not for the faint of heart or people who get frustrated easily. The more frustrated you get the harder the game becomes. I've already had 3 friends quit the game before they even beat the second boss. Anyway if you are going to attempt getting the platinum trophy for this game you better be prepared to go for the long haul. It took me 50+ hours to get it and i'll tell you which trophies are the most difficult to complete and a very useful glitch to get a bunch of trophies.
Most Difficult Trophy: Knight's Honor
Knights honor is extremely difficult to get since you have to play through the game 3 times and the difficulty spikes after each new game plus. You have to collect a bunch of unique weapons throughout the game. The problem is that some of the weapons and shields are missable and some of them require you to cut off the tail of a boss. If you are playing this game by yourself this can be a difficult task since the boss is only aiming for you. There is also another weapon that is extremely difficult to obtain called the "Channeler's Trident" There is only one location in the entire game where they respawn which is filled with powerful enemies. Even with maximum item discovery boost of 410% The chances of the channeler dropping the trident is barely 3%. You also have to use the souls from the bosses that you defeated in the game to create unique weapons too. One of which is Great Gray wolf Sif and you have to fight him 3 times to get all of his unique weapons. Overall this trophy is just flat out time consuming and will put your patience to the test.
trophy glitch:
This glitch is extremely easy to exploit and will make your trophy collecting a lot easier. This glitch is used specifically for maxing out the reinforcement of weapons. All you need is one of each colored titanite slab. Titanite, white, blue, and red slabs. Next take all the weapons you want to use to upgrade and upgrade them as normal. When you get the upgrade high enough to use the slab go ahead and use it but DO NOT go out of the menu. The screen will say Upgraded to Weapon +10 (or +5 for other weapon routes) When the trophy appears on your screen without leaving the notification screen that you upgraded your weapon hit the home button on your controller and dashboard. When you go start the game back up again you will still have your titanite slab enabling you to use it again for the weapons secondary route. Rinse and repeat until you have all of the weapon trophies.
Surprisingly the other trophies are very straight forward such as joining all the covenants in the game and fighting the optional bosses of the game. The rest of them are story based and cannot be missed.
Even though this game is frustratingly hard the trophy collection really isn't all that bad. If I had to rate it in terms of difficulty I would rate it an 7.5 out of 10.
