Does anyone know of any programs that I can use to draw digital art?

Pain tool SAI is alright. Pencil and paper is the most rad, and if you have a snart phone, like me, i use a drawing app. Lol

Oh and SAI is free if you get it from the right place. I dont remember what it is though.
