Come this April 23rd I shall be 21 trips around the sun of age.

So as a way of spending some hard earned cash, I shall be making the journey to Furry Down under! I'm so stocked for it not just because it will be Steam Punk themed *or* my first time there, but it will also be my first self-initiated interstate journey! (Huzzah for Independence! xp)

So just like for MidFur last year, here's a convention meme! (Stolen from  carnival >:) )



1) Have you been to FurDU before?
I have not attended this convention before. But I've heard great things about it!

2) How long will you be on the Gold Coast?
From Thursday evening to Monday midday.

3) Where are you travelling from?
The future capital of the world. Melbourne ^^.

4) How are you getting there?
By the miracle of airplane! *Wishes it was by Zeppelin*

5) Are you staying at the con hotel?
Indeed I am! Sharing a room to save money to =).

6) Who are you rooming with?
The madman scientist Lachlan and his Bear Grylls friend =p.

7) Who will you be hanging around with?
Hopefully my Melbourne mates and ActFur accomplices! =D

8) What are your major plans for the con?
Make it as memorable as possible!!!

9) Anything you really want to happen during the con?
Epic Steampunk action!

10) Anything you really want to avoid during the con?
Missing anything spectacular and getting a hangover =/.

11) Are you fursuiting/costuming?
I shall be garbing as Steampunkingly as I possibly can ;).

12) Are you an artist or dealer?
Neither. Maybe I'll have a book to sell someday =3.

13) Are you doing anything outside of the con?
Unlikely. Unless if a b-day party counts ;).

14) How can I find you?
Look for a tall gentleman in auburn hair and dapper clothing. Particularly a black trench coat and hat.

15) Do you like hugs?
When it's with consent, most certainly ^v=v^.

16) Can I have a drink with you?
Very likely so (especially if you are buying =p).

17) Can I grab dinner with you?
If it's with a planned or open group then by all means!

18) Can I photograph you?
With consent before and not after! Just remember all of the common courtesies it should be fine.

19) Can I tag along with your group?
Possibly. Just remember courtesies once again and don't get offended if the answer is no, which also means ask if it is anything like a room or table event!
