Stock images, although since you say you're having issues with those...they sell anatomy dolls at Michaels and other art stores. Male and female etc, and they sell them in quite a few different sizes. I got one about a foot long for maybe $10?
They are helpful cause you can pose them however you want, and they generally (not perfect of course) only bend how humans can. And you can find them in different material like the one I have is wood, so you can probably find one even more accurate than that.
Also if you like to use photography, maybe have some friends of yours around to pose for you? I know some people who do that...the only issue is having someone around and willing anytime your muse strikes. So I'd really look into those anatomy dolls. There's also "how to draw manga" books I get that're more details about poses and anatomy, like fighting, or couples etc. So those are helpful and give lots of examples if you wanna study those.
