The forces of fat have beat a hasty retreat over the last 3 months under a vicious and sustained assault of diet and exercise, and today I've reached my goal of losing 25 kilos before AC. I've still got about 5 more to go, which should be easy enough to do in the time I have left, but already I'm looking and feeling great. I even managed to fit into some pants that I bought before I started putting all the weight on! Yay! ^.^
