so my parents left last Thursday to go to Hawaii for a belated honey moon....they regretted to tell me that:
1. They did not pay the gas bill. Right now the thermostat in the house is reading 50 degrees. I have no way of paying or turning it back on because its in my mothers name. And apparently thanks to some new law that went into effect this year they do not have to turn it back on when it becomes cold outside.
2. They also did not pay the cable bill...so I have no way to amuse myself while I'm freezing. Not that big of a deal I still have internet but still my internet is wifi and I live out in the middle of no where so its super slow.
3. The electric bill I got that bill in the mail yesterday. And I have no money to pay that either, and its a week notice to shut off.
So...I call my mother in Hawaii and she yells at me "I didn't pay them so I could afford to go on this trip, I never get to go anywhere or do anything", so the cruise to the Bahamas was a trip to no where, The monthly trips to West Virgina to visit family (that I don't get to go on because someone has to stay home and take care of the animals) thats a trip to no where, You and step-dad going out to eat every Thursday to Pittsburgh then going to the casino thats nothing, going out to the bar every Friday and Saturday thats nothing.
Awesome priorities mother. Awesome. They won't be back till next Thursday so I'm stuck in PA with no heat. not tv and probably no electric here before they come back. I'm so looking into moving to Florida with my friends that already moved down there. I haven't left the little town of Washington since I moved back home from college last June! I also have to pay rent to live in this stupid house. I'm sorry I've venting but I'm just at a loss. I'm cold the house is way too quiet and I'm off work today so now I'm just upset.
