General
If you want a commission from me, you must agree to the following terms:
1. Abide by my "Will NOT Do" list. (http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/3739767/ located here)
2. Do NOT ask for anything that clearly breaks the laws of what can be drawn in your country/state/province/time period/etc. (I.E. cub porn in some countries), I don't want to get into trouble.
3. You must pay in full. If I cannot provide the service for whatever reason, you will be refunded. Paypal only. Payments must be made within 48 hours.
4. You may ask for progress screenshots. I will include my task bar (with appropriate items censored) for a time stamp.
5. I reserve the right to deny a commission, and if I do, I may or may not give a reason.
6. I will try my best to give you swift service, but sometimes my real life gets in the way. I have school, possibly I may have work.
7. You are to pay any extra that may be charged to my account for transfers (1 USD should be enough to cover that). All prices must be paid in USD. Do not mark money as "gift", or it will be considered a gift and I will not make art for you. Mark as services or money owed, and make sure that if it asks for a note, just put your FA username.
8. You will be given a 300 DPI image for personal use (such as printing and all that), however, you are NOT to make money off of my art. Even though the character and concept may be yours, you DO NOT sell or do anything with the art that may make you money. You may repost it on your FA, but please, PLEASE credit me.
9. If you don't like my art, I'm trying to improve and some of these poses and stuff are new to me. Please be patient and forgiving. I'm steadily improving and I will be sure to make changes.
10. When you first commission me, you will be placed at the bottom of my list. Basically, first come first served. Unless of course you didn't pay within 48 hours. Then you will be at the bottom of the cue and I will send a reminder for you to pay.
11. I will have five spots for commissions open at a time. If my cue is full, wait until a spot opens up.
12. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE send references or a very good description.
