Anthrocon 2012
General
Crawling back online, slowly. Upon graduating last month I moved to Columbus and updated my computer to an i7 processor. I'm still looking for a job, but I'm blown away at the -me time- I have now. Looking back, I'm a little distressed that I haven't been drawn much for myself in the last year. (When you're one of three visual arts at an art school, everyone "needs" you.) Apart from that, 72DEMONS will be entering a kickstarter phase later this month.
Whether or not I go to Anthrocon is still in question. I blew most of my "fun" money updating my computer and I'm trying to save for a gallery show in San Diego during comic con next month (if you're going to be at SD comic con, be sure to stop by the Space 4 Art gallery and say hi!). Since I'm from Pittsburgh, I'm required to be in town anyway for my sister's graduation, so I'm planning on hanging around Anthrocon for a day or so. I've met and worked with a ton of people in the last year and since it seems that /everyone/ is going, I would really like to show my face and shake hands with a few people, maybe meet new friends. AC was amazing last year...like the most fun I've ever had at a con and I would be upset if I missed it altogether.
This year I dont intend on peeling myself off the floor every morning to do the artist alley thing. I just want to hang out.
I'll be sporting a burgundy fauxhawk, a matching red tail, courtesy of
bluenire, and probably doc martens boots

Oh wow...comic con. you're really movin' up in the world aren't you? go get'em! I've seen some of your pics for the project so far and it looks absolutely awesome!!
I've checked online, nothing /quite/ comes to what you and I found that year. I've always regretted not letting you talk me into buying that damn thing cause I've never seen anything like it since XD and I'd give you the money prior silly. I wouldn't ask you to blow your own funds on me, that wouldn't be fair or nice at all. As much as I hate using it, probably would have to use paypal, unless you have a better option?
And dude you gotta come to AC, even if it's just for a day :]
