Quads or Delts? (And the winner is...)

Doing something fun on my twitter today, thought I would add my FA followers into the mix!
This year in my bodybuilding training / competition preparation, I've found it most effective to target an area I feel needs more work and make it the 'focus' of the weekly training. This method has been most effective so far, I did my Pecs in February through March, and this week is the last week of my back focus. Basically what happens is the targeted group gets supersized ;)
Now I have to pick the next focus to change up my routine, but I can't decide - Quads (legs) or Delts (shoulders). You guys help me out and vote for your favourite, by leaving your comment below. Quads or Delts :3
The reason I can't decide is that I'd peg both as being at the same level in terms of my overall physique. Whichever one I make the next focus, the other will be the one that follows. This is fun!
- Achilles.
EDIT: Okay, voting is over. Quads won! This means I train my glutes as well. Thanks for playing, but feel free to comment with what you would have voted for ;)

I don't think I'll ever have legs as strong as yours, your leg press is insane. INSANE.
A lot of my other leg exercises aren't as good, though. Messing up my lower back a few years ago limits my squats, and I seem to be proportioned in such a way that heavy deadlifts can be painful.
Working too hard on one part ignores the rest overall physique, plus maybe those upper body muscles need rest to grow. I'm certainly no professional or expert, but I do suppose a bodybuilder might need an overall sculpt body. Otherwise, it'll be all upper and no lower body.
But I find it so much of a pain to work them out x.x ...
To me it feels like it takes way more effort to work those than say bis or tris, chest isn't bad either.
