Well, that would be fun to do a custom housing case as. I never finished making a CautionCat housing case for my old bricky blocky blue DS. Kinda lost interest in it.. but buying spare housing cases online for a DS is easy to come by- though I think the 3DS ones are kind of pricey :<

It's the coolest thing, the whole front is pitch black until you turn it on then it's lit up with tron lines.

Thats VERY close to what I saw, you know those car radios that seemingly don't have any buttons.

The one I saw was at target,
unfortunately it was unwrapped
and had to go in the back of the store.

They have clear cases like that you can buy for DS lites. o w o
Though, I haven't really seen much for DSi or 3DSs

My DS case for my old fat blue DS I bought to replace is quite NICER built than the official housing case that came with it. I think it depends on where you get it... Though, I got mine on some freeshipping knockoff website owo;
