There is a balance in everything. I feel that more now than lately. I despise the quote "No good deed goes unpunished" but it oft rings true. It seems that whenever I am lifted up I am brought quite far down. It often makes me feel that there is no reason to try and especially no reason to fail. But, the sword is double-edged. For every bad action there is some good reaction going on. Whether now or later, it will balance out. I hope that when you have a bad day you will think of the good days to come. Though, that thought is not enough to shake me loose of the barbed specter that is the mind itself. It has me; and it will not free me until I am dead. What a shame it is to be depressed!
