What about the world today? What about the place that we call home?
My last journal was posted 2 years ago. Unfortunately I've been busy, have a job now(almost 2 years, will be in April). Recently I've been fighting to keep tankers off the British Columbian coast and two pipelines(the pipelines are related to the tankers) from the Alberta oil sands from going through BC. It's not only the very real threat of oil spills from the tankers and pipelines, but the old growth trees that are going to be bulldozed so the pipelines can get to Kitimat. Unfortunately my Prime Minister and federal Natural Resource Minister has been calling anyone getting in the way 'radicals', 'extremists' and such. I don't understand how me and other people peacefully protesting and following the law are radicals.

I don't either. I think our Prime Minister and Natural Resource Minister need to grow up.
