Ok, so last Friday I got a call from the insurance of the other guy, and after talking to my witness and interviewing us all and recording us all they are willing to accept liability for the accident! ^.^ YAY! This means I am not at fault, I dont have to put a claim in on my insurance and they are going to pay me for my truck. They even are supplying me with a rental car until they make me an offer for my truck. The appraiser came by on Tuesday to look at it and said it looked like it was in good condition (before the accident). In a day or two I should get a call with an offer and hopefully I will be taking out a small loan (no more than $5k) and buying myself a new used car. (= Now all I have to do is go to court to get rid of my traffic ticket. So YAY!
