Ok so paypal not letting me use mine card it will let me do e cheque to people but not send instant cash to people if it not in pounds ;/.
can anyone help me with this ...I spoken to paypal but they can not see why that happening . will also be going to see bank tomrw.

Sometimes when converting it from one currency to another it takes time, the echeck assures of the correct currency being converted. The money still comes from the bank account though. or from paypal itself. When money is sent to the paypal account from a bank account it takes 3-5 days, i think that's why it hast to do the check for the same time span. this is just my thoughts though, i have not confirmed them.
