Yes, this show was awesome! ^_^ I loved watching it when it aired on CBBC during my youth....although I never realised how early it started, being produced between 1983-1990 (it didn't come to the UK until about '88 or so)

I wish they'd release the show's complete run on DVD. :)

Yeah, the operative word being "some" - what I mean is, a full release of the series, in whole-season boxsets. :)

I could never stand this show. Those horrible movies are even worse. The live-action ones, mind you, the feature-length episodes were on the same level as the show.

If they woulda put Clyde Crashcup back into the show as a regular I might watched more of it..(thier voices are like squeeky sneakers on a basketball floor) eeeerrrg!

I like the original Alvin and the Chipmunks TV show that was made in 1983-1990. I also adored the The Chipmunk Adventure movie as well. I really missed the animations of the classics, all we get is those shitty 3D remakes and that's it. But at least we got My Little Pony that's good. =)

i loved this show specially the chipette's. use to watch it a lot to see britney and maybe catch a glimpse of elinoirs panties *^^* I was a lil perv even back then lol.

I go back even further, to the original "The Alvin Show" that premiered in 1961 -- in prime time no less! The shows that gave us "I Wish I Could Speak French", "Alvin's Harmonica," and the original "Witch Doctor."

And don't forget famed inventor Clyde Crashcup with his assistant, Leonardo!
