Personally I can only use FurBuy, which is a shame because I buy tons of art. I was "banned" from Furbid because I live with an artist, as if that's a crime. =P They gave some lame excuse about the fact that I might place shill bids on my roommate's auctions, so to prevent that from even happening, they just ban people who are friends or family of artists. WTF? Who is furry and NOT a friend or family with some artist? =D lulz

Anyway, FurBuy's completely free, professional and easy to use. As you've prolly already figured out. You'll definitely wanna make a new FA journal post to pimp your new auction there though. ;) In the next version of FA, coming soon, there will be Auction integration with FurBuy too, which will get you more viewers and bids. =)

im actually trying it out right now. that ive figured out how to upload images. and since..if you've seen my more recent journal.. there is a scammer bidding on furbid. * sigh *
