why does FA and JPG hate me so D:?

Man, I tried to reupload my recent drawing again and again. But FA keeps screwing up with the quality of the JPG. On my drive it looks all nice and shiny but as soon as its on FA its all edgy, wrinkly and ugly D:. Am I doing something wrong here?? HALP!
