InkBunny, without a doubt! InkBunny is elegantly designed and runs smooth and fast. SoFurry does have a good design, but it's SLOW. Like, really slow. It's really frustrating just to do something as simple as checking comments on pictures because it takes so long to do anything, and then the pages don't refresh correctly.

Your connection can cause that since I haven't had that kind of problems with SoFurry.

I'm rating the website in comparison to every other site I've been to. Question my connection all you like, but the remaining fact is that I maintain significantly faster speeds on InkBunny, FurAffinity, deviantArt and NewGrounds. Seems a rather odd coincidence that all of those sites would run perfectly fine while checking my comments and watches on SoFurry is a bugger because it takes doubly as long just to post a comment.

And to clarify before I sound like a total perv, it's not because I'm even interested in that sort of thing, It's just that I'm under the impression that prude furs, many of which are complaining about obscene fetishes they don't happen to like, tend to favor Inkbunny.

Inkbunny's administrators are very open and the website is in constant evolution. It has a lot of unique features, focuses on ergonomics (though there is still some work to do), and, most importantly, does not have a bad reputation (I don't receive insults any more from buddies since I am on IB :D).

Inkbunny looks like the best prospect to me. The browsing system works really well. I really like the way it works. They're constantly updating. There's currently a flood of new users joining due to the current situation and I've almost doubled my watchers an the last day despite the fact that I don't have much on there. It was a bit rough at first but I think they've got their act together much better than SoFurry.

Inkbunny administrators are not the kind of people who want censorship; they do this because they want their, uhm, partners (Alertpay and such) to accept them. But rules will change later, to the better. For example, did you know that some months ago, photographs of any kind were forbidden (including photos of sculptures)?

Inkbunny doesn't allow any human porn, so you couldn't use it for all your anime hentai and such. I set up an account there ("Nyanki") mostly so I can keep watching my friends who are leaving FA. I won't be leaving FA myself. I hate censorship, but I can understand why they did what they did, and it's their site, their rules.

BTW, "cub" art with "innocent nudity" (non-sexual) is still ok according to Dragoneer. So I think some people are probably deleting pictures that are not against the AUP.

Inkbunny is better, from what I've seen of Sofurry it's not that good of a site and there are a number of people who use it that tend to be "fanboys" of the site which makes any debate on the ups and downs of Sofurry or FA into one Sofurry "fanboy" blindly insulting one thing while ignoring the faults of sofurry while other back him up. Though Sofurry is designed nicely there are things i don't like about it, and i might have been a user but the previous users who i meet turned me off of Sofurry.

The real problem is that, no matter where you go, you might not be able to stay there for long either.

Like the forum post by Dragoneer said, it's not because they want to stop adult cub art, but because sites they use to maintain their donations to keep the site going keep dropping them or not accepting them specificly due to this controversial subject.

Also, like 'neer said, Inkbunny and similar sites use the same payment transfer websites that booted FA, so it's likely that they'll also get dropped in the near future as well.

Basicly, this means that anywhere you go is going to be a set-up for a let-down.

Your only real option would be to make your own personal website to upload artwork, upload censored pictures here with links to the uncensored images in the description.

It might skirt the policies enough to be fair.

In the forum post regarding the issue, they said that they have been looking, but most places outright deny them for the same reason AlertPay did. These pay system sites just don't want to be associated at all with this subject.

Mainly, it's just politics between the sites and mainstream views on various issues. Unfortunately, it means some artists get boned for it... especially due to mainstream sites being restricted like this.

Again, instead of doing exodus after exodus as each site gets systematicly eff'd over, a better idea may be to host your own private site with your art and link to it in journals or censored pics.

Just a matter of time before the same things happen at inkbunny and such too XP

FA never updated anything visible since I joined the website two years ago. Oh yes, they (finally!) added a search feature, they removed the Commission Information's tab content without removing the tab itself, and they switched to the same, but horizontal, webdesign.

Inkbunny, on the other hand, is updated as much as possible, accepts every feature request over time, and have, err... more competent developers I guess?
It just lacks the community, one of the only positive aspects of FA. Hopefully the situation changes. ^^"

I already made my news about the hentai cub art ban. :X I just don't know if I should make a jump to InkBunny for my furry-only artwork (which it's not much.. Unless anyone wants to see a semi-active TimerRabbit hopefully posting professional material like my WIP fail-story. ><)

Top of that, my other favorite artist might migrate to InkBunny too. :X
