Not just Photoshop, but the whole process of creating a colored, digital picture from a pencil-on-paper sketch. My computer sucks, so I had to improvise with what I had. I was able to get a black and white picture with the outline, and I then colored it with Photoshop. It was ok, but it wasn't smooth enough. I was just hoping someone could show me a better and easier way to do this. I don't know if it matters, but I have Adobe Photoshop CS3 installed.
