what programs have you got availble? the process can vary a little depending on the program used.

if you have somethign like paint shop pro, you cna simply go into the image section and go to image size and reduce it by fifty or so percent.

If your using something really simple like paint, you cna just hit the image menu, and select attribute, and manually enter a new width and heigth in pixels for the image. just mak sure to use a calculator to divide by two or soemthing so you ge the right proportions.

I'm not up on gimp or oc myself, but I imagine the process would be similar to what's used in paint shop pro with those.

You could use MS Paint, and go to Stretch/Skew on the Image option or CTRL+W. Ans just adjust the ratio to 50 X 50. I dunno if the quality would be messed up, but save it as a PNG.
