Birthday Hippo - Personal doubts and Way to improvments

Today the Hippo have reached the 39 Years old~
Birthdays usually are ups and downs for me, i start to worry to much how i did on the year, if my work was of Value and how i did as a Person during the whole year.
I know i'm not the best, i have a complicated personality and can be quite shy when talking with others or to be active in Groupal chats, sometimes even felling to intimidated that i preffer to not be part of them in the most part.
As an Artist i know i can be quite slow, with my work as a Pharmacist and i tend to make large commission queques because i don't like to say No to people who request them.
I want to improve and do better.
Artwise, I'd love to heard your Opinion of stuff you think i should improve, on things i should try and future themes you are interesed on see.
As a Person, i hope i have being of Value for you, that my existence is meaningful and Hope to keep bringing happyness, joy and comfort one year more.
If you want to tell me anything as well, go ahead, i'd like to know how i can improve or know what it mean for you.

As art goes, I'd love to see you show off more dynamic action poses! You have excellent anatomy skills, and it'd be amazing to see how you can push the envelope and show them off!
It's easy to get reflective; but always remember to find value in yourself as well. Because we do find it in you.

I really hope things will get better for you and I’m sure everyone will be patient because anything you make is well worth waiting for, but always have time for yourself so you don’t feel burnt out by work and art.

Can’t speak on your qualities as a person but your art is great and it’s alright if it takes more time to get done. Life happens and people should be understanding of that. Hope this year can come to bring you the fulfillment and improvement you’re looking for.
& don't be too harsh on yourself. you can still make this a day to celebrate the good things about yourself ^^
