Guess I don’t write much because there is not much to write about, but this one is once in a life time so might as well share it

I had a rather unique encounter with a door… a door for which I had the keys and… it belonged to me.

Along with the building it’s attached to and the land it’s on.
For the first time I got to open it… it felt kinda different , currently it’s a husk of a building, gutted and empty. With time this will be my home… my space that I own and get to keep.

No more landlords, no more living with neighbors divided by a wall that seems to amplify sound rather then dampen it

I’m equally happy and horrified, the house will need a lot of work before it’s where I want it to be… but that is work that will stay with me

So guess that’s the big update in my life for this year, I own a house, I will pour sweat and blood in to it (I’m quite sure there will blood), and after all is done… I will sit at my pond, drink a beer in my gazebo and enjoy the quiet

Some already helped, some offered… and I’m grateful for everyone that will be involved with me in getting this dream done
