So my primary gmail account got hacked even with all the measures. I don't know what to do man, I have my banking info and passwords on it. It is stressing me out

That is very upsetting. If you haven't already, contact the bank personally asap. They specifically have insurances for these situations and help you limit the damage or any weird transactions that could happen
