What results were you looking for?

i dont mean to answer for her but i thought this would be a better alternative than deviantart, somewhere where a majority of her fans could appreciate her artworks without the way the previous site used to act, and for her to bask in and regain her fame from the previous site

and sadly, hardly anyone has watched her or liked her stuff

Ah, so it's just the numbers are low. I was confused bc I hadn't seen any irritating activity here like there on deviantart, but I hadn't really considered she was expecting significant fame too. I figured it was mostly just posting stuff because she wanted to without any of the scrubs from DA.

Awww? honestly it also took me a little moment to have watchers and favs on the stuff i do, it's a question of patience, but from what i see of your arts i know you will keep earning more and more watchers and favs with time 🧡, trust me patience will pay ^^

Look, I'll say this as a relatively small and rather meh-skilled artist on this platform. Your art is amazing from what I've seen! However, it still takes a while to grow a community here. That happens with a lot of platforms. But it's only been 10 days for ya, I'm sure that with a bit more time, you'll find better results and the interactions that you're looking for. In the end, the choice is up to you, but I'd say there's no harm in still going for a while.

That’s fair, I mean I can say one way to speed it up, would be to draw a very popular character from a franchise. For example, Puro (From Changed), Gummigoo (Digital Circus), and any of the popular Pokémon, to name a few. From what I’ve seen that’s what usually draws most people’s attention. Personally I love more obscure and unthought of characters which is one of the reasons why I enjoy your art, but it makes it harder for the normal viewers to find ya. But yea, best of luck here, I’m sure you’ll do great and it’ll speed up with time.

Nice! Can't wait to see them then, and I think they shall. Only time will tell, though, and if it doesn't work, there are certainly other things to try as well. Also not sure how much you've done on other art platforms, but you probably know more than me lol.

This place will not give you as much engagement as social media... but your stuff will also never fade into obscurity. If you stick around, you'll see your old and few art alike keep getting new faves years and years. I love to see it.
