*the hefty bird huffs for a long while, struggling to catch his breath after chugging down the carton of heavy cream. his chins smoosh together, fighting for space every time he opens his beak to inhale.
after a few moments, he finally begins to speak, his words punctuated by various burps, huffs, and pauses for snacks~*
— 🍔 🌮 🥙 — so, I'm a big nerd, furry, and enjoyer of the small web. as such, I feel compelled to inform all of you of this thing that tickled my brain in a fun way: pyrox0/fursona-schema: Schema for .well-known/fursona
it's this obscure little project for a standardized way to expose fursona information on your website, via a .well-known URL!! so, the same way you might link your website address to your Nostr or ATProto profile, you can also expose information about your fursonas! what usecase this might have isn't... particularly clear?? but it tickles my brain in a pleasant way, and I assume some other nerds and small web-ers might find it neat :)
as an example, I threw up some information about my fursonas on my site, and you check it out through any fursona schema viewer:

also, as a notable sidenote, I also found this funky linktree-ish site, that allows you to expose your fursona information in that format: https://furrcard.com
