I'd say you could turn the robe into a onesie or just make him have the robe more like a shirt with the diaper on full display.

I'd say Plantigrade legs, maybe a cane. He does come off as rather older than the others since he was the first of the four. Also I got a discord if you wanna chat sometime about the idea or nerd out about COTL sometime.
