Hot Honey does that compared to some standard ones since its usually a mix of vinegar and spices mixed with honey. If you aren't too used to that blend it can sometimes cause problems akin to spicier blends of pepper mixes.

I've handled stuff like that before fine. Even ghost pepper seasoning didn't hit me like this. So I think there's something else in those hotdogs extra potent. I've also eaten other hot honey foods from chips to chicken, and they never did what those hotdogs did. Not even spicy curry has done this to me this bad.

That's funny. I just ate some of those smaller red hot hotdogs a couple of days ago because They were cheap They tasted like absolute garbage was the only problem. Even with sour kraut it tasted bad. I figured the red hot polish sausage was rediculously priced at 16 something so I hoped for 4 bucks. But man I should have just forgot about hotdogs and went with steaks same price. But 10 bucks a pound meat in California is out of control. I wish president retard who I actually voted for would do something useful for a change. I wanted trump 1 and got Biden 2. 🙄 Alas I was not given a better option...

I put Chick-Fil-A honey-mustard on the ones I ate. Yeah, the food industry and pricing needs a reform. But it's RFK who needs to get his ass moving on that. Typically if I get hot dogs, I usually get all beef or turkey ones. But in my area, they've stopped selling the Foster Farms turkey dogs I liked. And similar ones either sucked, or were too many in a package, and would likely go bad before I could eat them all. A good 10 pack of cheap turkey dogs. Is that so much to ask? Instead they're selling the Foster Farms chicken dogs. Which frankly suck.

Ugh... Bad enough i have to go in a bit and pick up meat for tonight. I really do love having thin steak and ham lately. It's much healthier yet more costly than fast food. But it means I burn Through paper towels like no ones business constantly cleaning my little trailer flat grill. I do love cooking in it though. The smell and all the thick steam / smoke coming up from the ceiling back lit by the lights of my trailer hallway I watch from my bed on a cold winter night. It feels just like some takoyaki or ramen booth out of some anime. I really wanna find or make some orange rectangle banners to hang from some string over the cabinets to complete the effect. I usually have it with some fresh brewed jasmine tea as well. Not good for me caffeine wise or salt wise but again way better than the alternative.

I saw steak being cooked in an air fryer on Max The Meat Guy. That might be really easy to try sometime

I do that all the time. The steak comes out crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I prefer cooking it in my air fryer but you gotta have the box one Cas the little jug ones won't get the job done just the ones with a rack. I spice my steak and toss it in for 15 min until charred on the skin.

If I ever get an air fryer, I'd like to try that sometime

Honestly, all I need now is a microwave and I can make most foods I like between my 4 slot toaster, flat grill, air fryer, and electric fast kettle.

The only thing that sucks about new microwaves is that annoying locking mechanism you have to press an extra button for. But most models have a programmable option to get around it.

I had Hot Honey once on a Pizza and it didn't affect me bad that i dipped it a little.

I've had other hot honey stuff that didn't affect me at all. But those hotdogs had something really wrong with them

Thats why i Boil my own Hotdogs. Safest way to enjoy them without your digestive tract being affected.

I typically microwave. Boiling takes too much of the flavor out

Though some would to keep the flavor. I perfer to eat them the healthy way. I love them with Ketchup.

I typically eat them plain in a Hawaiian bun if I have the good hotdogs. Otherwise it's either ketchup or honey mustard.
