Last year, I've dedicated myself to drawing for the sake of making art. I've been trying to reignite my passion for making things, as well as to respect myself- Mostly trough therapy, that I had to take a break from, despite still needing it in the future. With how the world is going and with plans me and my boyfriend have over next few years, I just don't have funds to continue seeing a specialist.
And that's sadly not the only thing that happened. Since April last year, my tablet started showing signs of malfunctioning. Occasional green pixelization in areas of big contrast, weird problems with connection, not allowing any screen reading, or locking in a button, that was not even pressed (Which luckily is easily fixed so far, by either disconnecting the tablet for a second, or switching to different window in the last case).
I do not desperately need money to survive. I am not in a state where without therapy I will harm myself. But I do want to continue making things, and while I would love to use that situation to offer my art for basically free, I need to first make sure I have something I can make that art on. So in the next few days, or maybe in a few hours if all goes well, I will be posting a price sheet. I would still happily draw for less than I will list there, but I can't pretend the capitalist world won't affect the fact I need tools, that do cost money.
