if I continue to see comments such as, “This is pretty, but it’s too expensive,” or “I don’t want to spend that much money right now,” or similar remarks, I will ignore them going forward.
Please keep in mind that statements like these can come across as highly disrespectful to the artist, as they imply that their artwork or craftsmanship is “too expensive.” Art is, and has always been, a luxury product, and it should be treated with the respect that entails.
