Must read ( formal hiatus )

General
It’s been a while, and I know this isn’t the update many people were hoping for. I’m aware this may disappoint or frustrate some, but this is simply where things stand right now.
Due to recent events involving former friends, rumors, manipulation, and false narratives, I have lost nearly all motivation to engage with the art community, the furry community, and even—though to a lesser extent—the FNAF community, including TSAMS and canon DCA content.
I have been dealing with constant harassment, stress, etc since 2021 and I am done. People may think what they want based on one sided shit, I don't care. I am tired, so I will rest.
I have also lost my motivation to draw. I haven’t been able to work on art in a meaningful way for a very long time. Even attempting to sketch leaves me exhausted after only a few strokes. At this point, I no longer enjoy art in the way I once did, and I don’t know if or when that enjoyment will return.
Currently, the only creative work I’ve been able to engage with is texture work for 3D models, and I plan to attempt 3D sculpting again in the near future. Outside of that, I’ve had little to no creative motivation.
I do have lineart and sketches completed for a portion of outstanding work, and I intend to finish as much of that as I reasonably can—especially commissioned pieces that are already in progress.
With all of that said, I’ve made a decision that I know will upset some people and may result in backlash. All I ask is for understanding and patience while I take the time I need to recover, heal, and stabilize.
I will be taking a formal hiatus.
While it may seem like I have already been on one, the past period of inactivity was not intentional or planned. Things became overwhelming, and I wasn’t in a place where I could communicate clearly. I am only now feeling capable of making a public statement and setting expectations again.
Hiatus Plan (6 Months Total):
First 3 months:
My focus will be entirely on personal stability and responsibilities. This includes caring for my animals, paying necessary bills (especially electrical), building a reptile shed, and paying down loan debt. These obligations should take approximately three months to resolve.
Following 3 months:
I will begin issuing refunds to anyone who has emailed me during this period or prior. All refunds will include additional compensation beyond the original payment as acknowledgment of delays and stress caused.
Example:
If you paid $100, you will receive $130.
This is my way of ensuring that those affected are compensated for allowing me the time to take a much-needed, low-stress break.
Throughout the full six months, I will also work—without strict deadlines—on commissions that were already started. Any commission that has been started will be completed within a maximum of seven months.
To be absolutely clear:
If I owe you artwork, I will either finish the piece or fully refund you within one year, guaranteed.
I will not be accepting new art commissions or model edits during this hiatus or for the foreseeable future.
What I currently owe is fixed, and my focus will be solely on resolving existing obligations.
Thank you to those who choose to be patient and understanding during this time. I am dealing with a lot, and this break is necessary for me to move forward in a healthier and more sustainable way.
