Been a bit demotivated to use SFM

Even though I managed to get SFM working on my PC again, there's a new problem, being that it lags horrendously whenever I go to pose a model or move literally any object around. Not sure if there's a fix, but it's such a frustrating issue that I honestly couldn't be damned to open it right now.
