My best friend GayClub is in need of help!

He's currently in a very rough situation financially due to a series of unfortunate happenings, but he's been given an amazing opportunity for a two-month paid IT course that will give him a CISCO certification as well as help find him a job in the IT sector upon completion. (Tech needs more furries in it, of course!)
The downside is that it's full-time education and he won't be able to take a job alongside it, meaning his low-income family are going to struggle even more without him working.
