WELP I got bad news, as it stands my old house isn't going to sell and I can't afford two mortgages. They're eating too much into both me and my familiy's income. Im already a very frugal person.



I don't pay for subscription services, I never eat out, I put almost every penny into either savings or spend it on home improvement tools/supplies so I can do repairs myself and with my dad.


I might have to take out another loan or figure out just... something, anything. I dont know anymore. It's getting hard to really focus on art sometimes.


I hope it all works out, but I've already mathed out my monetary situation and i'm 1000 dollars short of the 5K two mortgages payment by the February, then i'll have to... idk. Just... figure something out.
