In the story you described, the twist would be that the male deer ends up liking diapers and he and the nurse takes a caretaker role for the deer even after he is cured of his impairment.

Meaning:
1. Start of story the deer doesn't wear diapers
2. Deer is impaired
3. Deer has to wear diapers
4. Deer doesn't like them and is embarrassed
5. Nurse takes care of him and makes him like diapers more
6. (twist) Deer becomes the nurse's lil baby because he enjoys diapers now and never wants to stop wearing diapers ever again.

The bigger concern with comics is how much extra work it becomes to tell a relatively simple story. You'll need to draw multiple pages with multiple panels just to give the backstory of a deer who plays sports, has an accident, and doesn't like diapers, all before you can get to the "good stuff" with the deer and his nurse.

Not an insurmountable challenge, but a fairly large project to take on. So it makes sense to plan the whole story and make sure it's a decent story before you start drawing.

thanks, that little guide helped me to have idea of the measures of a project like that, I was visualizing some ideas thanks to another friend who wants to chat me about it, so I'm thinking on take some classes about comic and drawing to learn some missing concepts, like "how to set up", that are missing in mostly of my pictures, and take all the new concepts, the ideas, and put it on something and slowly start something

I always like these premises especially if their is an intrigue going on as to why he is wearing diapers, being disgraced and humiliated or losing an important inheritance is always fun. It could be a partner who wants total control over them and uses diapers to start breaking his spirit, but there are a lot of possibilities there.
