I did the spookest thing imaginable and died for five whole years. A hell of a lot has happened in the meantime. I've lost family members, gone through at least one relationship and a subsequent break-up, and have been juggling pretty severe family and personal health issues, as well as family dramas basically every day since. Between that and my previous main platform deciding to implode in on itself and subsequently needing to transfer over to new ones, all while trying to keep up on making new art monthly, it's been hard to find the time to maintain everything. FA has been one of those places I've struggled with upkeeping the most. But I'd really like to get back to posting on here, was always the plan. So I'm starting off by reintroducing myself! Our self? What ever!

On top of the great many things that have happened in my absence, I've also undergone a bit of an identity split. The old self is still around, still me. But they'd also taken on a life of their own, a life a bit different from what I think I want from my own personal representation. So there's at least two of me now, and we're both massive problems.

I've been spending a great deal of time setting up my latest art and other postings on my bsky here! It's been the social space I've been most active on, aside from my Patreon here! Which has become where I've put most of my efforts and is not only my main area of focus but the best way of interacting with my work. I've enjoyed having input from the community and the income and the flexibility and freedom that it has given me have been invaluable. Especially when going through all these hard events.

Seriously, I want to massively thank everyone who has been supporting through Patreon even if you just dipped in and out. It has truly helped me out so much.

I've always been intending to come back to uploading to furaffinity for a very long time, I like the idea of keeping FurAffinity as a persistent gallery for my work. but the aforementioned issues arose, and kept arising over and over again. Consider this an apology and a promise to upload more. I want to make sure you folks on here are not being left out.

So, I'd like to get the ball rolling and share as much of my work on here as possible. Including the multitudes of sketches and other art I produce every month on Patreon. The plan is they get the stuff first and foremost, then after a short time it comes over onto here. The only issue is, well there's now kind of a pretty massive backlog. So it's going to take a bit to catch up and sort through.

SO, I'm thinking I'll date the older artworks with their initial release dates. Because if I try to do it all in release order, it's going to be a bloody nightmare. I'm hoping to get the wheel turning but it's probably going to be slow for a while as I get back into the rhythm of doing so.
