☆ ☽ Hello there, I hope you are well. ☾ ☆
1. You 100% MUST be 18 year of age or older to purchase mature (NSFW) art of any kind from me:
- I am NOT responsible for if you decided to lie to me about your age to purchase this kind of art.
- If you are found to be lying YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM BUYING COMMISSIONS.
2. I have every right to refuse to do a drawing:
- This will generally only happen if you harass me about anything, are extremely pushy when ordering what you want, if certain fetishes are requested for said drawing, if you are found to be involved in any scams/illegal activities, if you have beliefs that go against server rules, or support harmful groups and/or people.
- If a drawing is started before the harassment occurs, the piece will be dropped and the down payment kept as compensation.
3. Please keep in mind I have a life outside of here and I am a human, not some sort of art producing machine:
- I will need time to work on and make your commissions look good so please be patient.
- There will be times when I am unable to work on commissions due to IRL issues such as being sick/not feeling well and being busy.
- I also do not have time to background check every client, my morals & actions do not reflect or condone any activities, beliefs, standing, etc. that they may have.
4. Do NOTuse my art for any NFT (Non-Fungible Token) or AI generation/training purposes:
- If you are caught doing this you will be banned from buying art, and if any art is in progress during that time it will be dropped and the down payment will be kept as compensation for breaking TOS.
5. My prices are at a set amount:
- There will be a $10 extra for any NSFW art (I am not generally a NSFW artist, so the price for that is a little extra than the base price).
- Please note these prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Do NOT attempt to haggle my prices, they are what they are for a reason.
6. Please pay the commission price in full before I start:
- Please use the “Goods and Services” tab when paying, and please remember to select no address needed when doing so.
- This helps to ensure no one is getting scammed.
- It also helps to keep me motivated to work on things to make sure you get your commission in a timely fashion.
- Do not buy more art than you can afford to pay for, if you find you can no longer afford the commission please let me know BEFORE I start the drawing.
- I mostly deal with PayPal payments for commissions.
- I use USD Only, my prices listed NOT include Paypal taxes.
7. Please have a detailed reference of some sort for your character when ordering art:
- It can be either a detailed drawing or written/typed description of them.
- For custom characters please have as many refs and details as possible so that I can make the character to your requested specifications.
8. Please keep these things in mind when purchasing an adopt or custom character from me:
- You may change the gender of the character, just let me know what it is changed to.
- You may NOT change the design; this excludes hair color, style, and length.
- I would prefer if you didn't resell the adopt/custom but if you choose to, you may NOT sell it for more than you paid. I also ask that you please let me know who the new owner will be.
- Please use the character, I work hard on them so they deserve some love.
- Do NOT steal any of the character designs you may see me selling.
- When purchasing an adopt please DO NOT use them as a Sona of any kind, Sonas are a representation of you and therefore should be made BY YOU.
9. Please don't be afraid to ask questions about your commission/custom:
- I will do my best to answer them to the best of my abilities.
- This does NOT give you the right to harass me about the status of your art every other day. Gentle reminders occasionally are perfectly fine because I am a human and even though something is written down, I may forget.
10. Please try to respond to questions I have about the commission in a timely fashion:
- I will no be able to continue with the commission if it is a major question regarding body type, hairstyle, species, etc. until it is answered.
11. Please let me know if any changes need to me made to the art when I send you a W.I.P.:
- Any changes that are requested to be made to the line-art after its it completed and during the coloring phase will result in an additional $5-$10 charge depending on how much needs to be changed.
- Any changes to color or fur pattern will be free as they are generally easy to take care of.
12. Please do NOT place orders if my shop is closed:
- Along with this I kindly ask that you do NOT pay for a commission until it is ready to be started, this way if for some reason I need to cancel a commission I can do so without having to worry about issues going through a refund.
13. There is a limit of 1 order per customer at a time:
- This ensures that I as the artist will not get fried or over worked, and you as the customer won't be waiting due to a backed up que.
14. You may NOT post any works done by me on Twitter/X:
- This is due to changes that the site that has been made as of November 15, 2024. I am sorry for the inconvenience this may cause but I refuse to have my art stolen and/or used without my consent or to feed AI and things of the like.
15. If a character you want me to draw has bright/neon colors please spoiler it, bright colors can possibly trigger a headache for me:
- This applies to my discord server only.
