Today has been a frustrating one.

I have an easy job, honestly. I work from home doing tier 1 (basically first contact) technical support for a bank. Thing is I do it for the *bank* employees and not random customers. The pay is alright, and the benefits are pretty great.

All that aside, I was surprised to get so angry when I got a ping about not being ready for more calls while I finished up a ticket. I get it when I'm taking too much time but this was literally 90 seconds. Micromanaging butthead, man. We are understaffed atm and have a ton of sweeping changes to our IT infrastructure happening, of course we're backed up!

Y'all have any frustrating work days lately? I want to nap after today.
