You should go! We won’t be there next year I don’t think sadly. We will probably go again in the future if it pans out well though.

Oh, that’s lovely! I’m glad you have an opportunity to go with your partner. What do you hope to see and do while you’re there? Any panels that catch your interest?

You give a fairly open and confident persona online here, and you seem to have fairly good conversational skills, so I’m surprised at the shyness! Nevertheless, I’m sure you’ll feel comfortable once you’ve had a walk-around - it feels great to take off the ‘normie’ mask, admire others’ fursuits, and chill with other furry folks, many who are LGBT or neurodivergent.

I’ve been to TFF and Eurofurence once each, it was amazing to hang out with friends there More locally, I’ve been to Furdu, but I didn’t know anyone and it wasn’t so great - I wasn’t really in the headspace to be there either. Oh well!

Yeah I can be pretty shy lol. This will also be a new environment for me. As far as panel I’m not sure yet. I’m just going along with the others have planned. I’m just hoping to see some nice views along the way since we are riding there by train. (We’re on east coast.) I’m not sure what to really expect!

Fair enough - IRL interpersonal situations can be different from those online, so understandable but shyness may be felt. ^^
