I wanna help people flesh out their characters and settings, by giving people prompts in their comments. These prompts will generally pertain to whatever situation they've drawn their characters in.

It sounds interesting. If nothing else, its sort of like: "hey what about this angle?" I feel like the community needs more interaction like this.
